My name is Angelo, I am a huge lover of dogs and nature.
Through this project I decided to spread the culture of a product that many have tasted but few really know.
Our goal is to share our knowledge on everything related to this precious mushroom, so mysterious and fascinating.
Scilla Truffle Hunting talks about truffles at 360°: the search, the recovery of natural truffle grounds, the cultivation through forestry techniques and the use of mycorrhizal plants, to conclude with the sale and trade, carried out according to the seasonality of the species and in compliance of the collection periods provided for by regional regulations.
